Seriously, steer clear of this company! You'll end up shelling out more than what they initially quoted, and it ain't even necessary. The manager is a total jerk, full of himself and just looking to squeeze out extra cash for overtime! I'm super let down. I got a quote of $476 for a 3-hour move and an hour of driving, just 15 miles within Miami. But as we hit the 3-hour mark, the crew started pushing me to fork over an extra $200 for potential overtime, saying they'd refund it if they didn’t use it. I wasn’t about to pay for something they hadn’t even done yet. It was shocking how they were dragging their feet, trying to make me cough up that overtime, and the worst part? They pulled this stunt while my belongings were still in their truck at the drop-off spot. In the end, they just dumped my stuff in the hallway and left some in the elevator. They wrapped up after 2.5 hours of work and 30 minutes of driving, yet I had already paid for a full 4 hours! They didn’t even bother to put my bed and table back together, and they left all their packing materials and tape behind. My boyfriend and I had to haul everything from the entryway to our new place and set it all up ourselves. What a terrible experience!

I really wish I could rate this lower than one star. I've never experienced such terrible service. After moving from Texas to Florida, the pick-up went smoothly, but it took a whopping 21 days and countless emails to finally get my stuff. When my belongings finally showed up, they were held hostage until I forked over an extra $950 because the truck couldn't navigate my street. I had confirmed with the city that it was accessible, and later found out the driver had paid $500 for a shuttle, pocketing an extra $450. When my items arrived, I had to pay everything upfront before I could even check if my stuff was there. As a single woman, it was really uncomfortable when the driver started yelling at me in the driveway, loud enough for my neighbors to peek out. And while they were unloading, one of the movers made me feel super uneasy by hitting on me. There was no inventory check, yet I was still made to sign off on it. To top it all off, my boxes came with huge holes, my new house's trim got damaged, and my stairs were messed up. My jewelry box mirror was broken, along with a bookcase, but the real kicker? They lost my 10X12 oriental rug, a ladder, and a box containing over 1000 CDs. And the cherry on top? This all went down over a week ago, and no one has reached out about filing a claim, despite my many attempts to contact them. I'm still in disbelief. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster.

Green Van Lines took my belongings on May 27 from Texas, promising to deliver them to Florida by June 26. Here we are in August, and I'm STILL waiting for my things. Besides my countless calls, I've received no updates from them regarding when I might see my stuff. Steer clear of this company, folks!

What a terrible service! It was obvious from the start that this company was all about raking in cash. They charged me way too much. When I reached out to customer support, they were dishonest and kept stalling until I mentioned I might report them to their oversight board. I faced some delays getting to my place. Once I arrived, the moving team was grumpy and seemed only interested in tossing my stuff in the garage, despite being paid for their time. A few big pieces of furniture ended up pretty banged up. Nothing went right. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
